Somebody forgot to inform the weather Gods that Targa Rotorua was in town, and for once the Ground-Sky team (and everyone else) were able to leave their wet weather gear firmly stashed away. Dry roads and clear skies made for a memorable weekend of high-speed rallying in Waikato/Bay of Plenty.
